We pride ourselves on fostering long term relationships with a quality labour force. At progressive we rarely employ staff or trades that have not had a five year or more working experience.
This ensures we maintain not only the quality standards but also the health and safety standards we have set and implemented for all staff employed on our work sites. Progressive Services align with the standards set by our clients for each project we are assigned and are proud of our 100% safety record.
We invest in our people providing facilities for training so that we present clients with a multi-skilled, flexible workforce able to be fully involved in all our work processes. Our record of providing such a motivated workforce has led to a high level of client satisfaction and many long term working relationships.
